Реализация ARP inspection + DHCP snooping?

Можно ли на routeros реализовать что-то похожее на ARP inspection + DHCP snooping? Т.е. отбрасывать пакеты от клиентов чьих IP+MAC нет в таблице?

Способ по ссылке подразумевает использование dhcp-сервера на самом устройстве с router os.

Есть ли способ реализовать arp inspection, например, на коммутаторе crs317, в котором настроен dhcp snooping + opt 82 (т. е. dhcp-сервер находится за коммутатором)?
