Подскажите софт для учета IP, сетей и, желательно, vlan с q-in-q.

 

Вижу Ipplan, но оно очень древнее.

Еще phpipam.

 

И желательно с отзывами.

Мне больше нравится phpipam.

Но нет русской локализации и поддержки anycast IP и q-in-q.
