Там стоит 2 райзер карты, в 1 и другую пробовал вставлять, может быть сам сервер не поддерживает pcie x1 , хотя поидее любой x16 слот поддерживает меньшие режимы.

Может какая то специфичная настройка бивиса нужна...

В биосе включены ли PCIe слоты ? Не знаю как в M4, а в M2 их можно выключить.

 

В биосе карты видны ?

Вставьте для теста рабочую сетевую pcie x1 карту.

Скорее всего, проблема в настройках биоса.

Собственно нужно было переклюить PCIe в режим Gen1 , сохранить бивис, выключить , а потом включить. Только тогда карточку и линукс и вмваре стали видеть.
