Cisco BGP Network not in table

Доброго времени суток. Есть самый обычный eBGP сосед. Который, казалось бы, шлет один самый обычный nlri. При этом сталкиваюсь вот с такой, не понятной для меня, ситуацией, и как ее можно "загуглить" ума не приложу.
