Требуется устройство - роутер, который имел бы встроенный VPN-клиент и NAT, есть такие из устройств "до $200"?

 

Или так: всё предыдущее + VoIP-Telephone шлюз, т.е. со шлюзом между IP-телефонией и обычным телефоном, типа: http://www.dlink.ru/products/voip/dg102s_sh.html
