Logging Bdcom OLT на Graylog Server

я перенаправил локальный ip address Bdcom OLT через Mikrotik Router, на внешний ip address Log Server Graylog, по UDP и логи идут такими символами ��Private_SNMP�����m0��0�+CVU�C0� + +0�+�+�0�+�+ GPON0/2:340�+�+0�+�+0�+�+0� ++�x� с чем связана проблема
