Ограничение скорости wifi

Помогите настроить ограничение скорости.Точка доступа Mikrotik Metal 2SHPn в режиме бриджа.Хочу для начала ограничить скорость всем клиентам.Настроил правила QUEUES.Но скорость как была так и осталась.Вот мои логи

/interface wireless
