UPD: изучив лог bgp сессии, стало ясно, что extreme ругается unsupported optional parameter. там их 5 судя по http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/iprout....html#wp1014616 route-refresh можно отключить в версии 12.3(14)T но что-то я не вижу такого софта для 7606 :( ищу про остальные.
