Это я понял, видел команды в теме. Может ньюансы какие есть и на каких-то железках они не активировались.

Еще прочитал, что после перезагрузки надо опять выставлять throughput level? Что включить надо в таком случае. чтобы при загрузке активировалось это?

Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 16.09.04 но правда на asr1001-x, но так же с rtu все работает.

16.09.05 вот вышло, и если не секрет какие rtu там возможны? на что? производительность?

любой релиз в рамках 16.09.*, в том числе и 16.09.05 можете накатывать спокойно, это последняя ветка в которой еще поддерживается старая схема лицензирования и работает RTU.

Попадос начинается со следующей ветки
