Местный номер в Крыму (Симферополе) по IP

Мы давали крымские номера, в т.ч. Симферополя от голдена, которые часть киевстара. Сейчас они не работают и перспективы туманны. Альтернативы пока нет, т.к. все ждут перехода в 7 зону
