Call transfer обрыватся

Добырй день.

Возникла такая ситуация.

Есть Aastra(Ericsson) MX-ONE SN/13.211.3 с Sip телефонами Avaya(Nortel)IP Phone 1220 (SIP12x0.04.03.18.00)

На этой свзяки делаю CALL Transfer (Avaya ip phone 1220 конечный аппарат на который переводится вызов) перевод происходит, идет вызов, поднимаю трубку первые ~2 секунды идет разговор и тишина с обеих сторон. причем оба аппарата продолжают висеть на линии.

с другим SIP телефонм Aastra(Ericsson) dialog 4426 Transfer нормально отрабатывает.

 

Задампил SIP лог на Avaya IP Phone 1220

Помогите разобратся что там не так( у Avaya IP Phone полно всякин настроек: enable_update,enable_prack, transfer_type, redirect_type и т.д. но тупой перебор их результата не дал.)

Выяснилась, что проблема происходит только если снять трубку в первые несколько секунд пока на конечном телефоне (на который переведен вызов) опредлеятся номер телефона который перевел вызов.Потом на конечном телефоне опредляется номер первначально вызваючего.

Если снимать трубку после того как определится второй номер (первоначальной вызываючий) все работает нормально.

Судя по логу INVITE приходит два раза: Первый покзвает номер переадресовавшего телефона, а второй первоначально вызывающего. Если я правильно понимаю правильно должен приходить REFER?

Обновили софт Aastra MX-ONE до SN/13.243 и проблема ушла.....

Похожая проблема при настройке переадресации на шлюзе звонок обрывается, сервер YATE в связке с CISCO 2801 куда и присоеденяются все абонентские шлюзы

помогите кто знает как настроить переадресацию? Буду очень благодарен.
