Вымпелком анонсит чужую сеть BGP, мать его

Сорри, что создаю тред, но может у кого есть контакты?

Ибо очень сильно мешает работать.

 

сетка 82.96.86.0/24 (возможно анонсят больше чем /24), принадлежит немецкому хостеру (им уже написал), с ночи периодически начинает ездить к вымпелкому
