Вопрос 3Play на IPoE сети

Можно каким-либо способом подать на абонентский порт L2 коммутатора инет(IPoE/PPPoE), мультикаст и голос в нетегированном виде? Каждый из сервисов приходит в своем vlan. Можно ли обойтись без MVR? Интересуют best practices) Поиск ничего внятного не дает(
