Отваливается управление приемниками PBI 1400P-S2

Периодически отваливается управление приемниками PBI 1400P-S2 через HDMS. Причем приемники перестают пинговаться. Помогает только ресет. HDMS стоит последней версии, но подозреваю, что дело не в ней. Пробовали прошить. Последняя версия, которую нашли от 2011 года. Версия: 40PR036, FPGA - 58.1a.4a, MCU - 05.45.6a. Прошивка не помогла.

Может кто-нибудь решал подобную проблему?
