Есть циска 4900m c 10gb модулем x2-10gb-sr и asr1002 с модулем 10gb-mm-sr. порт не поднимается, не могу понять почему, может какая то не совместимость ?

Может дело в патчкорде? Например волокна местами поменять?

Дело и в правду было в патчкордах, только не из за волокон, а из за того что я использовал одномодные патчкорды а нужно двухмодные.

О, узнал новое слово - двухмодные...

ну слово двухмодные конечно не совсем корректно, но видя что модули SR (это и есть многомодовый интерфейс) могли-бы вы и сразу догадатся ))))
