Cisco Catalist 6500 настройка консоли

CISCO 6500. Первый супервизор, подключен консольным портом на COM порт первого сервера. Второй, на COM порт второго сервера.

Проблема в том, что в какой-то момент времени первая консоль стала работать только на вывод. Попытался войти через второй супервизор, там всё работало пока не отреплицировалась конфигурация с первого. Т.е. как я понимаю проблемы в конфигурации.

как я понимаю это норма. Посмотрел на похожем шасси, под такой же операционкой. Там присутствует такое же сообщение и всё работает.

Какими командами можно привести консоль в рабочее состояние?
