Есть Cisco SCE 1010.

Настроены пакаджы со скоростью и нужным AL для торрентов, телефонии, веба.

Пользователи заливаются через CSV-файлик, всё хорошо, каждому указывается нужный пакадж.

Изменения среди пользователей (активен/неактивен) отслеживаются и файл перезаливается.

Но есть проблема -- через сутки/двое у пользователей может упасть скорость с 20Мб/с до 1Мб/с. Лечится пока что тем, что пользователь "кикается" с SCE и заново туда импортируется.

Вопрос: а почему так?

С чем это может быть связано?
