Если терминация происходит на физическом интерфейсе

если на портченале - не может согласовать IPCP, CCP - вываливается по timeout ppp (718 ошибка в виндовс)

Все верно, на GEC может быть только 1 активный линк для терминации PPPoE

так что не собирайте GEC на Downlink, проще раскидать vlanы по интерфейсам для балансировки нагрузки.

но вопрос остается открытым - даже если один линк в горячем резерве - и работает только по активному - почему авторизация проходит (обмер кадрами src-bras<->client ?) а дальше не идет? это так оно ограничивается со стороны циски что ли ?
