Не загружается cisco ASA 5520

В какой то момент перестала запускаться cisco ASA 5520

в консоль пишет:

No images in /

Error 15: File not found

 

unable to boot an image

 

Пытаюсь из под rommon> загрузить по тфтп иос, грузит, все ок, потом пытается его запустить и выдает ту же ошибку или eeprom read failure
