Возникла след. проблема

На абонентском модеме происходит падение скорости Downloads до 2 Мегабит, скорость Uploads остается в норме.

Если в ONU Setup изменить EPON Profile с TestA на другой профиль, например, на TestC, то скорость возрастает, но через некоторое время опять происходит падение. ( также помогает перезагрузка ONUшки, но опять таки на некоторое время)

Данная проблема замечена на всех подключенных модемах и не зависит от абонентского устройства стоящего за ONU.
