Есть задача сконвертировать канал h323 в sip.

Первый звонок проходит. Второй звонок нет. Бьюсь 4-й день никаких мыслей.

Нашёл единственную странность. поле call reference value в сообщении CALL PROCEEDING возвращается нулевое...
