Поставить модемный пул, что-то типа Люцента 6000 или Сиски 5300

Цена вопроса - 2-3к$

Это если на АТС есть порты Е1.

Если нет - ставить бутерброд, сиску 2511 + ЮС.Роботикс 16-портов.
