SNR-S2989G-24TX-POE не даёт питание на телефоны cisco 7912

Добрый день.

 

SoftWare Package Version 7.5.3.2(R0028.0117)
BootRom Version 7.5.15
HardWare Version 1.0.1
CPLD Version 5.00

 

Имеем большой зоопарк телефонов, всякие yealink, fanvil, grandstream запитываются нормально, а cisco 7911, 7912, 7940, 7960 питания не получают

 

power inline legacy enable - не помогло

 

На старом коммутаторе cisco Cat. 3560 всё работает.

 

В чём м.б. проблема?
