The password recovery feature allows you to reset the

admin user password by logging into the unit via the

console port.

To recover the password log on to the Switch using

the word recover for both Login and Password and

power-cycle the Switch within 30 seconds. Once the

Switch restarts you can log in using the default user

name, admin, and a blank password
