В учетку БД RIPE я зашел, но в разделе My Resources пусто.

Если найти автономную систему, то admin и tech указаны правильные.

mnt тоже правильный, но при попытке изменить объект запрашивается пароль майнтайнера.

Мой пароль не подходит.

В mnt-объекте в качестве upd-to указан ip-reg@ripn.su, для восстановления пароля нужен доступ к этой почте.

Да, прояснилось, это LIR контактную информацию решил обновить.

Просто наш LIR это @ripn.su, а тут какой-то сторонний email.

По которому вдобавок гуглятся новости типа "Юрий Гугель при увольнении увел IP-адреса".
