Обновление прошивки Juniper EX2200-48T-POE

Здравствуйте, хотел бы поинтересоваться по поводу обновления ПО на коммутаторе. Сейчас у меня установлена версия 12.3R12-S14 build 2019-08-22 15-422-00 utc. Сам я никогда не обновлял ПО на подобных железяках. 

Проблема заключается в том что перестала запускается служба веб-интерфейса. Причину сам установить не могу. Прошивки нет, нужны ли какие лицензии после обновления. Ранее его пытался обновить человек но видимо что то пошло не так. 

Он стал ругаться что версия не соответствует версии бэкапа. Я его откатил на старую версию, где видимо и обнаружилось что веб интерфейс не запускается. хз..

 

 

Короче нужна консультация спецов.

Я понимаю что настройка должна быть через cli но я хочу изучить эту железку. К сожалению перезапуск процесса пишет вот что:

Может просто этот пакет по какой-то причине не установлен/удалён?

Да, там web есть. Позже скрин приложу. Я тут еще на форумах нарвался на то что у людей на ex4xxx правда тоже небыло входа на веб форму. Но там выключали какой та телефон, и после этого заходило. хз..

Далее:
- Загрузка велась с FTP установленном на локальном пк, статический ip был прописан:
ip 192.168.1.100
маска = 255.255.255.0
шлюз = 192.168.1.2
dns 8.8.8.8

- После обновления логин и пароль остаются такими если они были установлены.
- Прошивку которую ставил jinstall-ex-2200-12.3R12-S15-domestic.tgz файл

Сейчас трудности с настройкой мультикаста: 

 

от провайдера приходит trunk тегированный vlan iptv 553 интернет не тегированный. Я выполнил такую настройку:

Провод провайдера подключаю в ge0/0/47 stb приставку в ge 0/0/46 и тютю, приставка пишет что проблемма с сетевым подключением, ip адрес не получен.

P.S. multicast-router-interface - никак не порт приставки

Я порт уже в access поставил, приставка работает. Но в статистике igmp одни нули. Как будто мультикаст не ходит или не перехватывает.

Чета я туплю сильно - удалить эту строку надо или что - не понимаю. Trunk на access я исправил. Сама приставка вроде работает. Но статистики нет

Скорее вам стоит почитать для чего этот параметр, а потом уже решать что с ним делать.
