не работают 1G SFP в SNR-S300X-24FQ

Добрый день,

 

Коммутатор S300X-24FQ

  SoftWare Package Version 7.5.3.2(R0010.0106)
  BootRom Version 7.5.6
  HardWare Version 1.0.1

 

Втыкаю SFPиху, коммутатор ее видит но порт не поднимает. в соседнем старом длинке все работает, куда рыть?
