DMM-1400MX-40 firmware

Stability issues. When muxing TSs from ASI inputs, it blocks very often.

If I remove cables from ASI inputs, in HDMS it still shows bitrate on inputs.

Restart the unit, with no ASI input cables connected, and it shows bitrate...

I have multiple 1400MX, only one of them have this issue. And it's the only one with this firmware version, 14MX002A.

All the others have newer firmwares.

The working ones have:

Main version 14MX002A
FPGA Version 57.08.05
MCU Version 00.00.29
Hardware Version 00.03

The one with stability issues have:
Main version 14MX002A
FPGA Version 47.ef.ff
MCU Version 00.00.29
Hardware Version 00.03

So it's only different at FPGA Version.
I think that upgrading the firmware may solve the problems, but I can't find newer firmware.

I have the same firmware version:

Main version 14MX002A
 FPGA Version 57.08.05
 MCU Version 00.00.29
 Hardware Version 00.03

Downloaded from here: http://data.nag.ru/PBI/Software/1400MX/

I've never seen a newer firmware version.

I restarted the unit, flashed the firmware again, connected the DMM-1000CU Programmer to the Remux and set

to factory defaults. Also pressed the buton on the unit for Reset (small button on the mux pcb) for at least 10 seconds.

It finaly got reset and now it shows the correct FPGA version and the unit behaves as it should.

Thank you very much for your help, Vladimir.

Reards,

Gabriel
