При наличии слота PCI=X (64 бита, 64 МГц - возможно). Если есть модуль разгрузки стека TCP/IP - тоже стоит. Хотя на Фах, если не ошибаюсь, нет такого... Как результат - ничем не лучше заурядного 3кома.
