ASR1000-RP2, проблема с ISG l2-connected initiator dhcp

Абонентский роутер получал постоянный ip адрес с внешнего dhcp сервера. У абонента сгорел роутер, он его поменял, и с тех пор сессия не поднимается. Для временного решения проблемы поменял ему IP адрес сессия сразу поднялась. Его адрес забрал на тестовый аккаунт, аналогично сессия не поднимается.

 

Конфигурация порта абонента:

 ip subscriber l2-connected
  initiator dhcp

 

 

Выглядит это так - сессия удачно авторизуется, и сразу после ответа DHCP ACK сессия рвется с disc-cause-ext=No Reason. Такое бывает, если IP адрес занят другой сессией, но адрес свободен, в таблице маршрутизации его нет, в ip dhcp binding аналогично пусто. В чем может быть проблема?

, где 192.168.202.215 - назначаемый адрес абоненту.  Проверил show ip dhcp sip session, там нет сессий с таким ip.

Истекла, но это не имеет значения, так как адрес выдается этому абоненту постоянный.

Как можно почистить, чего нет?
