Подскажите, в чем может быть проблема 

Два устройства Loco m2 и STEMAX UN Wi-Fi на ESP-WROOM-02 имеют постоянные обрывы соединения

замените strmax на что-то ещё и проверьте, судя по логу юбнт, глюк на его стороне.
