Коммутатор ZTE 2928

Есть коммутаторы ZTE 2928 никак не можем сдружить по STP(RSTP) с устройствами других вендоров(Raisecom,D-Link). Может быть есть какая-то особенность? 

set stp enable
set stp forcevercion rstp
set loopdetect blockdelay 2
set loopdetect sendpktinterval 5
set loopdetect port 1-21 enable
set stp port 23-28 enable
