Ребята! Помогите советом! Уже хз куда лезть. 

Вечером проверяют скорость а она ниже заявленной.  Например, должно быть 70Мб, а по факту 20 на скач и 50 на выгрузку.

Проверка скорости вечером выдает пинг до сервера (нашего) 16 (днем пинг 1), вибрация 4,5,6 и больше. 

Надеюсь на понимание и жду дельных советов.

Естественно клиент какого-то оператора спутал форум поддержки и операторский форум.

Заметил такую вещь: Все абоненты на определенном интерфейсе. Просадки со стороны вышестоящих провайдеров по каналу нет. думаю на вот эту строчку (выделена жирным). на gi0/0/0 Все хорошо. Абоненты не жалуются, а вот на gi0/0/1 все проблемнее.

Не могу сказать. Документацию никто не вел Т_Т

До определенного момента все шло как надо. По-тихой разбираюсь. Есть еще 10G интерфейс. Хочу перевести несколько домов на него, но удалить сабинтерфейс не могу. выдает:

"there are 14 ip sessions and 0 lite sessions up underthe interface. Please remove the sessions and then delete theinterface"

Каким образом можно удалить активные сессии?

Если проблема в ESP, а это 99.99% так, то нет. трафикс с любых портов идет через ESP.

так дело то в том, что косяк не у всех. Только несколько домов. и находятся они в одном районе. Отдаленном.
