Рваный пинг и низкая скорость RBcAP2nD проблема c wifi

Есть 2 шт RBcAP2nD. Включен capsman. Но аналогичная ситуация с отдельной точкой wAP. Пинг прыгает с 6 мс до 400 мс периодически. На расстоянии нескольких метров скорость падает с 20 мбит до 3-4. Частоты менять пробовали и выбрали самую чистую. Рядом zyxel kenetic и asus стабильно выдают 30мбит+ с отличным покрытием. (включали для теста)
