mx480: Loss of communication with Backup RE

Появилась следующая ошибка в логах mx480:

2017-01-23 10:02:47 UTC  Minor  Loss of communication with Backup RE

 

Обратил внимание что на CB1 появились проблемы с отдачей 12в на re:

Поменял местами re и scb, заведомо рабочий re в проблемном scb не завелся(также показывает cb1 12.0 V RE 0 mV).

 

Кто нибудь сталкивался с подобным?*
