Всем доброго дня. Нужен совет по железке Cisco 7206VXR (NPE-G1), а точнее по версии IOS для нее.

 

Сейчас на оборудовании крутится c7200-jk9s-mz.124-25f.bin. Проблема в том, что в данном IOS нет поддержки BFD.

Другая 7200 работает под управление c7200p-adventerprisek9_sna-mz.124-24.T1.bin и BFD в ней есть.

Попробовал обновить первую железку на IOS со второй, но получил отказ загрузки с указанием на то, что железка содержит конфиг-файл, созданный через IOS более новой версии. Откатился.

 

Глянул поиск, Cisco Feature Navigator и т.д, но найти adventerprisek9 124-25 не смог. Может его и нет такого..

 

Подскажите, пожалуйста, на какой IOS можно обновить данное оборудование с учетом ошибки при предыдущем обновлении и необходимости заиметь протокол BFD?

Снести конфиг, обновить на c7200p-adventerprisek9-mz.150-1.M.bin, Ребутнуть.

После ребута - залить конфиг и проверить как будет работать..

Я так понимаю, что после adventerprisek9 12.4-24 идет сразу adventerprisek9 15.0. Это так?

И еще один вопрос, уже по 15 версии. С ios 15 ведь не должно быть adventerprise. Там ведь уже другая иерархия.

The difference between the two images is which NPE they are for. The NPE-G2 uses a PowerPC based CPU and requires the c7200p prefix. All other NPEs at this time use MIPS based processors. The same answer is also documented here:

Q. Is the Cisco NPE-G2 supported in the same cross-platform images as the Cisco NPE-G1?

A. No. Unlike other network processing engines, the Cisco NPE-G2 has its own software images with the prefix of "c7200p" in the file names. All other network processing engines are compatible with images with the prefix of "c7200" only. The Cisco NPE-G2 does not boot up with an image with the prefix of "c7200", and conversely.

Да, точно - без P IOS для G1... c7200-adventerprisek9-mz.150-1.M.bin нужен..
