ELTEX LTP-4X проблема

Приветствую, кто нибудь сталкивался с таким? Загрузка устройства прекращается на этом шаге:

Starting config_apply Jan 1 00:01:03 LTP-4X snmp: error: [sNMP] IPC notialized. Reason : General error

Jan 1 00:01:03 LTP-4X snmp: error: [sNMP] Retry in 5 seconds

Как можно перепрошить устройство через консольный кабель? Сходу не нагуглил.

Это возникло после перепрошивки? Или после редактирования конфигурации?

Просто восстановление прошивки и обнуление конфигурации разными путями производится.
