SFP модуль ethernet для GBE 3 EMR 3.0 Cisco 2950-24 не поднимается порт

Здравствуйте! Ситуация такая. Мультикаст подаем на GBE 1 (12 телеканалов VBR), снимаем с GBE 3 (12 телеканалов CBR). В портах GBE 1 и 3 установлены гиговые SFP модули. К GBE 3 подключаем ноут с VLC - телеканалы видим. Подключаем шнурок к порту Cisco 2950, порт остается неактивным, со скоростями игрались и на EMR 3.0 и на Cisco. Нет линка и все тут.

Прошу совета, что делать.
