Причем, я так и не смог найти нормальный ресурс, где бы все хорошо и понятно разъяснялось хотя бы на английском. А юридический китайский гуглотранлейтед вообще адово переводит. Например, вот эта самая "грязная лама" - это "грязевая травяная лошадь", если дословно. Я долго понять не мог почему "травяная-грязевая", пока видео не посмотрел. А там - лама. Вообще, конечно, надо более лучше изучать китайскую культуру. Скоро она к нам в дом явится. ни первого - ни второго - ни третьего не ожидай :) ничего на английском - ни систематизации (там у них своя логика плюс есть еще ДСП) - ну а про человека с русским - просто забудь...

ТУ китайские кто-нибудь читал? С людьми живыми общался? думаете они без своей нормативки что-то делают?

ICANN здесь совсем нипричем - и этому можно только радоваться 2. RIRs тоже - не дело Реестров определять routing 3. Меня N лет коллеги из-за речки и друзья спрашивают - почему мы у себя в России не введем обязательную реализацию BCP38 и BCP84 (в условиях нашего регулирования это сделать можно быстрее - чем в США)? Вот это бы и пообсуждали - там не все так просто - сами знаете - и чем то придется пожертвовать В разных документах уже появляются ссылки на эти BCP - вопрос только во времени и как лучше это сделать Прошу очевидное не повторять А ведь, наверное, можно.
